What to Wear/Bring

• M&D Jersey (black/white)
• M&D Reversible (grey/white)
• M&D Black Logo Uniform Shorts
• Cleats
• Mouth Guards (2)
• Extra-Large Water Bottle
• Sunscreen
• Black layers for underneath uniform (e.g, leggings or compression shirt)
• Be prepared for any weather and pack the necessary layer including rain gear, jackets, and hats

This is a required tournament, and we expect all our 10U girls to be playing. If you have a conflict, please reach out to your coach directly.

Format - 7v7 Fields

• Multiple games vs multiple opponents - shorter games and lots of them!
• Championship format

A Note on Double Rostering

To keep competition fair in our championship format, players may only be rostered on one team (no double rostering aka a girl cannot play for her club team and association team)

Arrival Time

Please arrive 1 hour before your first game.

• Players should be fully “game ready” (cleats on, goggles down)
• Team warm-ups will begin 1 hour before game time
• Coaches will communicate meeting times for subsequent games
