Senior Training Package

This training is designed for athletes preparing for a standout senior season and/or aiming to enter college lacrosse in peak form.  You will play with the oldest M&D team on the field. In addition, you will participate in a host of clinics, agility work, and high-level scrimmages.

 

DETAILS

Keep your lacrosse IQ high, advance your stick skills, and get better by enrolling in our Senior Training Package. This comprehensive package spans (September–March), then you will play in high-level Alumnae Scrimmages in summer (June & July)

  • Turf training sessions - turf training at Champions Hall or outdoors at EPHS or Edina
  • Lax Circuit Training - high rep dodging, shooting, defensive footwork to make your lacrosse moves more automatic in games
  • Wall ball sessions in the Lax Lab (1,000 reps/hour)- Champions Hall in the Courts
  • Running Agility training with Coach Nate at practices
  • Play Like a College Player Series - fine-tune your game with our NCAA players home for the holidays and summer - draw, defense, shooting, dodging, goalie work
  • Spring Tune -Up - amped-up clinics right before the MSHSL season starts
  • Intra-squad Sixes tournaments to execute in a fast- paced games modeled after the Olympic format to be played in 2028; become a more complete player (everyone plays everything - attack and defense)
  • Summer fast-paced M&D alumnae scrimmages - the highest level in the state!
  • **The opportunity to play in Sand Storm Lacrosse Festival - January 16-17, 2027, in Palm Springs, CA - on an a la carte basis,  price separately   - we have a high-level team registered in the 2027 Division, and our senior training girls can opt in through us.  Info here:  https://sandstormlacrosse.com/ 

 

 

 

Sandstorm Festival Tournament in Palm Springs, CA boasts top-level lacrosse, a stunning mountain desert backdrop, sunshine, all on the meticulously manicured fields of the Empire Polo Club.

Not Part of M&D Minnesota?

For individuals who are not part of our club, we open a limited number of spots to players outside the program, especially those planning to play in college. We've found there is a lot of interest in this opportunity. Please email us and include the following information about your daughter:

  • What team does she currently play for?  
  • Where is she committed to play collegiately?
